Actually reading what the agent produced and forming a view on it. Reading the work counts. Reading the agent’s summary of its own work does not.
How you’ll hear it
“It says all the tests pass.”
“Someone still needs to read the change.”
Avoid
Counting a read of the AI’s own summary as a review.
The longer version
Human review means a person reads the actual output and forms a judgement. Reading the agent’s description of its work is not the same thing. Review is where accountability sits.
