Everything the agent currently knows that matters for the job in front of it. Getting the right things in, and the irrelevant things out, is most of the skill.

“Why did it ignore the brief?”
“The brief was not in its context. It only knows what we give it.”
Avoid
Assuming the AI already knows your organisation.
The longer version
Context is the information the agent has for the task in front of it. It knows nothing about your organisation, customers or decisions unless that material is put in front of it. What goes in, and what stays out, shapes everything it produces.
